How InDeliver works
Moving a flat, a fridge or a load of goods: post your request in a minute, see the recommended price and pick the offer that suits you.
From request to arrival
Sign in
With your phone number or e-mail and a password, or with Google or Apple.
Describe the job
Pick-up and drop-off (address search or a pin on the map), type of goods, date and time.
Add the details
How many helpers (up to 6), the floor at each end and whether there is a lift.
See the recommended price
The app works out the real road route, distance, duration and recommended price before you post.
Compare offers
Verified drivers send their price. Compare price, vehicle and duration, then accept one.
Track and pay
Follow the driver on the map until arrival, then pay them the agreed price directly.
No service fee for customers: you pay the driver the agreed price, nothing more.
Recommended price
A fair price, based on the real road.
When you post a request, InDeliver works out the real road route (Google) and shows a recommended price. Drivers see the same recommended price, but each one is free to offer their own.
Base fare
A fixed amount that covers loading and unloading.
Road kilometres
The real distance by road, not as the crow flies.
Helpers
People on top of the driver to carry and load (up to 6).
Floors without a lift
At pick-up and drop-off. With a lift, the floor costs nothing.
- The rates used in the calculation are set by the InDeliver team and may change. The price shown in the app is the reference.
- If the road route is unavailable, the app shows an approximate distance and says so.
- Before an offer is accepted, drivers do not see the exact address: only the distance, duration and an approximate position.
Vehicles
The right vehicle for every load
Drivers send offers with the vehicle registered on their account. Describe your load clearly to get the right offers.
Cargo trike (triporteur)
Boxes, small furniture and goods across town. It fits down the narrowest streets.

Small utility & van
A fridge, a washing machine, some furniture or a whole studio.
Driver fee: 10 MAD
Truck
Full house moves and bulky goods.
